Kevin Swan

Kevin Swan has led and built numerous global healthcare businesses throughout his career. He is the former group president of McKesson’s Medical Distribution divisions and served as president and CEO of Sterigenics. Kevin began his career with Baxter, where he led both distribution and manufacturing operations. Kevin's private equity career began in 2001 when he worked with One Equity Partners as an operating partner. On behalf of Water Street, Kevin serves on the board of Viant. He also serves as a director of Casechek. Kevin is a former member of the foundation board of directors of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA), the industry trade association representing medical products distributors. He currently contributes his time and expertise as a member of the advisory board for the dean of the business school at The Citadel. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO/YPO Gold). Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University.
