Nick Daley is deputy chief financial officer of Capstone Development Solutions, a Water Street company that partners with global pharmaceutical and medical companies to develop healthcare products. Nick joined Capstone in August 2026 following a 10-year career at Water Street, where he helped build businesses specializing in medical products and diagnostics, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and healthcare services. Prior to Water Street, Nick worked as an associate focused on middle-market growth investments at CIVC Partners. He also worked in the consulting practice for Bain & Company. Nick began his career in investment banking with Houlihan Lokey. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
