Caroll H. Neubauer

Caroll H. Neubauer has achieved a distinguished career spanning three decades with B. Braun, including serving for 29 years on the Global Management Board of the B. Braun Group of Companies. During his tenure on the Board, Caroll helped grow annual revenue from approximately $1 billion to more than $8 billion. Caroll also led the company’s North American operations, serving as chairman and CEO of B. Braun USA, where he led its transformation into a premier provider of infusion therapy and pain management solutions. In addition to his many accomplishments at B. Braun, Caroll has advanced meaningful change in the healthcare industry. He has served on the board of directors for The Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) for more than 15 years. While there, he worked with other industry leaders to spearhead the initiative that successfully repealed the U.S. medical device tax in 2019. Caroll also has served as chairman of the German American Chamber of Commerce New York for over 10 years, initiating programs to benefit transatlantic relations and healthcare communities in the U.S. and Europe. In recognition of his contributions, Caroll was awarded the German Federal Cross of Merit in 2015. He also was honored with the MedTech Leadership Award from Life Sciences Pennsylvania in 2020. Caroll earned a German Law degree from The Albert Ludwigs University, Freiburg, Germany, and a Master of Laws from Georgetown University.
