Camille Farhat is a seasoned healthcare executive who brings to Water Street a track record of transforming, revitalizing and growing global businesses spanning pharmaceuticals, implantable devices, capital equipment, consumables and services. In his most recent position as president and CEO of RTI Surgical, Inc. (now Surgalign), Camille spearheaded the company’s successful transformation into a global medical technology company specializing in innovative spine solutions. Previously, Camille realigned American Medical Systems (AMS) during his tenure as president and CEO, ultimately leading to Boston Scientific’s acquisition of the Men’s Health and Prostate Health businesses. Camille also advanced several businesses for Baxter International, both as president of Baxter Pharmaceuticals & Technologies and general manager of Global Infusion Systems. He also held several leadership positions with Medtronic plc. Camille began his career with General Electric, where he gained extensive experience across multiple geographies and industries during his successful 13-year tenure with the company. He has served as a board member of The Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed), CMR Robotics Surgical and as a member of the advisory council of the Northwestern Memorial Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery. Camille holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University. He earned a degree in European Union Studies from Institut National d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
