Joseph Gordon

Joe Gordon is working with our team on opportunities to invest in medical products businesses. He has more than 30 years of experience spanning key areas of healthcare, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, surgical and consumer products. Prior to Water Street, Joe was president of Bausch + Lomb’s global consumer healthcare, surgical and vision care businesses. He also served as a member of the eye health company’s executive committee, playing a critical role in formulating and executing its strategy. Joe’s previous experience includes leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations with Pfizer. Joe serves on the board of directors of Boiron. He received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
