Steve Cosler

Steve Cosler brings to Water Street a unique combination of senior management and operational experience in specialty pharmacy and distribution, outsourced payer services, and technology. Steve previously served as president and CEO of Priority Healthcare Corporation, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives that contributed to the Fortune 1000 company’s growth as a distributor and manager of biopharmaceutical therapies. He also led the company’s successful IPO and ultimate sale to Express Scripts. Previously, Steve held executive positions with CoreSource, a U.S. administrator of employee health benefits. Before focusing his talents on healthcare, Steve achieved a distinguished career with IBM Corporation. Steve is a director of Guardian Pharmacy Services (NYSE: GRDN). On behalf of Water Street, he serves as lead director of Liviniti and director of Eversana and Imagine360. Among his civic contributions, Steve founded, serves on the board, and is chairman emeritus of Elevate Indianapolis, an organization focused on the advancement of urban youth in Indianapolis. He received a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue University.
