John Orlando
Head of Technology Transformation
With 30 years of experience in senior technology positions, John Orlando collaborates with Water Street’s family of companies to develop and implement technology strategies that address their key business needs and objectives. John has advised and supported multiple healthcare businesses with a range of issues and priorities, including serving as their interim chief information officer during significant transitional periods. In addition, he has led multi-year transformation initiatives for several large insurance and payer organizations. Prior to Water Street, John helped build the IT Strategy group at Ernst & Young, where he worked with global companies to create integrated business processes and technology programs. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he was promoted to partner. John received a bachelor’s degree from Miami University where he studied accounting and computer science.
