Ned Villers has 25 years of experience building companies that are contributing to a stronger healthcare system. He was a member of the founding team at Water Street and has spent the majority of his investment career with Water Street and its predecessor organizations, First Chicago Equity Capital and One Equity Partners. Ned has built a distinguished group of companies focused on improving patient outcomes and reducing costs within the healthcare industry, including CareCentrix, HealthPlan Services, New Century Health and Premise Health. He currently serves as a director of Imagine360, Hansen Hunter, Liviniti, Lumelight and Medical Guardian. Ned is also a member of the board of advisors of Misericordia, a community of care that serves over 600 children and adults with developmental disabilities. He received a bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from Duke University and his master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
