Christine Shtepani

Christine Shtepani works with Water Street to identify attractive investment opportunities and drive strategies focused on growing middle-market healthcare businesses. Prior to joining Water Street, Christine worked at The Sterling Group, sourcing middle-market investment opportunities and collaborating with leadership teams on merger and acquisition strategies. She began her career at J.P. Morgan, where she served as an analyst and associate within the Leveraged Finance practice. Christine graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in international economics. She also earned a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she graduated with high honors distinction as a Wallman Scholar.
