Max Mishkin has more than 20 years of experience investing in the healthcare and private equity industries and has spent most of his career with Water Street. Max leads Water Street’s initiatives to identify and execute investments in specialized businesses within the healthcare services sector, where he also leads strategies to manage and grow Water Street’s companies. Max serves on the boards of directors of Imagine360, Medical Guardian and Compliance Solutions. He also has worked closely with Premise Health, New Century Health, HealthPlan Services, Liviniti, Temptime and Zenith American Solutions. Max began his career in the Investment Banking group of Bear, Stearns & Co. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
