Max Mishkin

Max Mishkin has spent more than 15 years investing in the healthcare and private equity industries. Max identifies and executes Water Street investments in specialized companies within healthcare services, where he also assists with managing and growing Water Street’s family of companies. Max currently serves on the boards of directors of Imagine360 and Medical Guardian. He also has worked closely with Premise Health, New Century Health, HealthPlan Services, Liviniti, Temptime Corporation and Zenith American Solutions. Early in his career, Max was responsible for investments in the healthcare services and business services industries at Waud Capital Partners and Edgewater Funds. Previously, Max worked in the Investment Banking groups of Bear, Stearns & Co. and Lazard. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
