Since joining Water Street in 2021, Sam Franco has been a key contributor in expanding our group of technology-enabled healthcare services companies. He focuses on businesses that help payers, providers, and employers contain costs, enhance operational efficiency, and improve healthcare access and quality for the individuals they serve. In addition to sourcing attractive investment opportunities, Sam partners with our company leadership teams to accelerate growth. He currently works closely with the leadership teams at Brundage Group, a leading provider of physician-led, tech-enabled clinical compliance and revenue integrity solutions for U.S. hospitals and health systems, Lumelight, an integrated provider of benefits compliance, claims, and analytics solutions, and Medical Guardian, a provider of innovative senior health solutions. Before joining Water Street, Sam was an investment associate at Constitution Capital Partners and a senior associate in the technology leveraged finance group at Silicon Valley Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in government and economics from Hamilton College.
