Sam Franco joined Water Street in 2021. He previously worked as an investment associate at Constitution Capital Partners. He also served as a senior associate in the technology leveraged finance group at Silicon Valley Bank. Sam graduated from Hamilton College with a bachelor’s degree in government and economics.
