Analyst
Mike Gladden joined Water Street as an analyst in 2026. He previously held investment banking internships at The Peakstone Group, where he supported mergers and acquisitions and debt transactions, and at Wells Fargo, where he worked on financings for transportation, utilities and infrastructure clients. Mike graduated from the University of Chicago with dual bachelor’s degrees in business economics and cognitive science.
