Eric Chi
Vice President, Data & Analytics
Eric Chi supports Water Street's family of companies in designing and implementing strategies that strengthen their data capabilities to advance their value-creation goals. His work ranges from leading data platform deployment initiatives to architecting data programs and processes that turn data into actionable insights. Eric has nearly 20 years of experience delivering data solutions and transaction support to companies and investors in healthcare and other industries. He helps organizations shape a data-driven vision and has spearheaded a range of initiatives, from strategic roadmap development and technical architecture design to enterprise data platform and BI reporting implementations and multi-year transformational programs. Prior to Water Street, Eric built a successful career at West Monroe, a national technology firm, where he advanced to director and served as the mergers and acquisitions lead for the data and analytics practice. His work centered on data engineering, data science, data governance, and AI. He began his career as a data engineer focused on healthcare providers in the information management practice at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Knightsbridge Solutions. Eric received a bachelor's degree in systems engineering with a minor in business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
