Kelly Zitlow
Head of Corporate Communications
Kelly leads corporate communications for Water Street, where she works alongside our investment team and family of healthcare companies to support their growth objectives. With more than 25 years of experience, Kelly specializes in advising and collaborating with management teams to develop goal-oriented communication and marketing programs. Kelly previously led global public relations for Hewitt Associates, where she played an instrumental role in helping to shape the human resource company’s communication strategies through numerous growth initiatives, including strategic acquisitions, leadership transitions, and a successful IPO. Kelly also led marketing and communications for an entrepreneurial healthcare e-business launched by Hewitt, helping it to gain recognition as a visionary in a new market category. Earlier in her career, Kelly held positions with global agencies, Burson-Marsteller and Young & Rubicam. She began her career as a television news anchor and reporter. Kelly serves on the board of directors of the Illinois Venture Capital Association Foundation. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, where she serves as a member of the Provost's Advisory Council.
