Greg Robitaille

Greg Robitaille leads add-on M&A and strategic partnering activity for Water Street’s family of companies. With nearly 30 years of experience, Greg identifies and executes acquisition opportunities that augment our companies’ capabilities, technologies, and market presence. Prior to joining Water Street in 2009, Greg managed direct investing activities and debt transactions for Equity Group Investments (EGI), the investment company of Sam Zell. During his tenure with EGI’s private equity arm, Greg originated, managed and monetized direct investments in a variety of businesses. He also served as executive vice president of corporate development for Rewards Network, an EGI company where he was responsible for product development, supplier relationship management and new business lines. Greg began his career in investment and commercial banking. He received a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College, where he served as a trustee. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Greg served on the board of directors of Neos Therapeutics and the board of education of New Trier High School.
