Niko Michas has spent his entire career in supply chain management. Leveraging an expansive portfolio of qualifications encompassing engineering, operations and executive management, Niko has a strong history of responding to ever-changing market conditions. Prior to Water Street, Niko founded BridgeNet Solutions, a global supply chain analytics company specializing in both the life science and private equity industries. With more than two decades of accomplished experience, Niko served as president and CEO of BridgeNet for 18 years before a strategic buyer purchased the company in 2018. Niko was the key strategic and tactical contributor who drove the company’s year-over-year growth by launching a suite of proprietary analytical software solutions. He designed a global transportation management system (TMS) and co-developed software for a global logistics carrier that both continue to be used by many Fortune 1000 companies today. Prior to BridgeNet, Niko held various roles with leading supply chain organizations.
