Alex Ingram

Alex Ingram supports Water Street’s technology transformation and value-creation goals and leads Water Street’s internal technology and cybersecurity strategies and operations. He brings extensive experience advising private equity firms on due diligence, technology transformation, and value-creation initiatives across healthcare industries, including health tech, healthcare services, and biotech. Prior to Water Street, Alex served as a director within the transaction advisory practice at EY-Parthenon, where he led software and technology due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers. Previously, he held senior positions at Deloitte Deutschland and Baxalta, where he led European technology carve-out and transformation initiatives. Alex is the co-founder and executive director of the West African Health and Education Foundation, a Cape Coast, Ghana-based non-governmental organization dedicated to providing free medical outreach and education services to local communities. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Wabash College.
