Alex Ingram

Alex Ingram supports Water Street’s family of companies with technology and cybersecurity readiness, integration and overall advancement of their value-creation goals. He also leads Water Street’s information technology, digital, and cybersecurity strategies and operations. Alex has more than 10 years of transaction advisory and value-creation experience, with a core focus on life sciences, biotech, healthcare payers and providers. Prior to Water Street, Alex was a director within the transaction advisory practice at EY-Parthenon, where he led software and technology due diligence engagements for large, multi-national healthcare, life science, and technology organizations on behalf of private equity and strategic buyers. Alex is the co-founder and executive director of the West African Health and Education Foundation, a Cape Coast, Ghana-based non-governmental organization dedicated to providing free medical outreach and education services to local communities. Alex began his career at West Monroe Partners and graduated magna cum laude from Wabash College.
