HR Business Partner
Jody Raciboski supports Water Street’s ongoing work to recruit and engage highly talented investment professionals. She also serves as the human resources and development liaison for the healthcare firm's associate program. Previously, Jody was vice president of human resources for Performance Improvement Partners, a technology firm specializing in the private equity industry. Prior to that, she advised senior management on talent and HR initiatives at LGIM America, an investment advisor. Jody also managed HR programs at private wealth firm Tawani Enterprises. Jody earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Roosevelt University.
