Compliance Solutions specializes in technology and service-based compliance and claims solutions. It assists fully insured and self-insured employers, third-party administrators (TPAs) and brokers with navigating the increasingly complex healthcare regulatory landscape. Compliance Solutions was formed in 2023 when CXC Solutions, Healthcare Reporting and MZQ Consulting partnered with Water Street to build a provider offering employers a comprehensive suite of consulting and technology services tailored to address employers’ unique needs. It is focused on expanding its offerings through strategic initiatives and acquisitions, recently adding Benefit Comply to deepen its consulting services, to help employers, brokers and TPAs stay compliant with constantly changing state and federal healthcare requirements.
