The company offers a broad suite of services to support U.S. employers with managing their healthcare, including benefits administration, proprietary onsite/near site health centers, proprietary clinical and specialty pharmacy programs, employer direct network management, captive insurance risk services, and flex, HRA and HSA administration. EBMS serves more than 275 organizations across the United States. The company’s founders chose to partner with Water Street in 2017 to advance their goal of improving the cost, quality and experience of healthcare for U.S. employers.
