Danielle Schrayer leads Water Street’s recruitment, development and management programs that support our team of experienced investment professionals, healthcare executives and functional specialists, and cultivate our collaborative, high-performance culture. Previously, Danielle was vice president of human resources at Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock, where she served as a strategic business partner for more than 700 global employees. She helped shape recruiting and onboarding for the firm's early-career professionals, led its global performance review process, and played a key role in developing its performance management system during its integration with BlackRock. Earlier in her career, Danielle assisted with recruiting and onboarding associates for global law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She earned a bachelor's degree in organizational studies from the University of Michigan.
