Caroline Kenter Larew brings to Water Street healthcare experience in both corporate business development and private equity. Prior to joining Water Street, Caroline was an associate with Madison Dearborn Partners. She also worked as a manager at Baxter International, where she evaluated and structured acquisitions and partnerships across the global healthcare business. Caroline began her career as a healthcare investment banking analyst for Robert W. Baird. She earned a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
