Throughout her career, RaeAnn Grossman has spearheaded innovative strategies focused on integrating quality, care, and risk to maximize impact and efficiency at health plans, provider organizations, and health services businesses. RaeAnn was instrumental in redesigning reimbursement programs and building national care pathways for complex conditions as an executive with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and Health Net/Centene Corporation. She built numerous Medicare Advantage plans and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) at Gorman Health Group. While serving as chief growth officer for Signify Health and Ciox Health, RaeAnn created new risk adjustment strategies. She also played a pivotal role in the leadership team that built Coviti into a leading provider of data-driven healthcare solutions. In her current position as chief growth officer at Luna, RaeAnn is leveraging her experience to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs through in-home outpatient physical therapy. RaeAnn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. She earned a master’s degree in healthcare policy and planning from Florida State University.
