Hansen Hunter Announces Partnership with Water Street

Portland, Ore. – Hansen Hunter (“HH”) announced today that it has partnered with Water Street Healthcare Partners to advance its goals for growth. The new partnership provides HH with strategic resources and capital aimed at enhancing the company’s position as a premier provider of business office and technology services to post-acute care and senior living facilities.

As the number of Americans aged 75+ continues to rise, post-acute care and senior living organizations are facing systemic challenges, including labor shortages and increasing patient/resident acuity. Additionally, the intensifying regulatory environment, rising operational costs and shifting reimbursement model are compounding the amount of work required to operate their facilities. With Water Street’s support, HH plans to expand its specialized business office services, including reimbursement solutions, clinical consulting, compliance, reporting, accounting, auditing and tax management to assist facilities with these growing demands.

“Our clients are essential pillars in our healthcare system, caring for our country’s rapidly growing senior population. We are committed to doing everything in our power to support their unique and growing needs. Together with Water Street, we will invest in amplifying our suite of services and extending our national footprint to provide them with holistic support,” said Jeff Moore, shareholder, HH.

Lou McCollum, shareholder, HH, added, “We are looking forward to working with Water Street and complementary service providers that are interested in joining us to build a comprehensive offering that will help maximize facilities’ efficiency so they can dedicate their full attention to caring for their residents.”
