Max Mishkin has spent approximately 15 years investing in the healthcare and private equity industries. Max identifies and executes Water Street investments in specialized companies within healthcare services, where he also assists with managing and growing Water Street’s family of companies. Max currently serves on the boards of directors of EBMS, ELAP Services, New Century Health and Temptime. Prior to joining Water Street, he was responsible for investments in the healthcare services and business services industries at Waud Capital Partners and Edgewater Funds. Early in his career, Max worked in the Investment Banking groups of Bear, Stearns & Co. and Lazard. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University, and a master’s in business administration with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
