Sarnova

Water Street partnered with Sarnova’s founder in 2008 to simultaneously invest in and merge two specialty distributors – Bound Tree Medical and Tri-anim Health Services. It was a market-leading combination that immediately established Sarnova as a strong national platform for healthcare specialty sales and distribution.  Over the next 10 years, Water Street facilitated eight strategic acquisitions to expand Sarnova’s suite of medical products and services.  We invested in the company’s infrastructure, enhanced its technology and extended its national footprint.  In 10 years, Sarnova doubled its customer base, grew its revenues more than 50 percent and nearly doubled its employees. Today, Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of healthcare products in the emergency medical services (EMS) and acute care markets.  In 2018, Water Street sold our majority interest in Sarnova to Patricia Industries. We continue to support the company’s strong growth as a minority investor.
