Prior to joining MarketLab, Gene Babcock achieved a successful 20-year career at Beckman Coulter, Inc., a global medical device company. As vice president of Beckman Coulter’s global field service, he increased customer satisfaction and responsiveness while streamlining operations. Gene joined Beckman Coulter in 1989 and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility, including corporate controller, financial leader for the diagnostics division and business center manager for the cellular analysis group. Gene began his career by working with several large healthcare distributors, including Bergen Brunswig and National Healthcare and Hospital Supply. He received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and a master’s in business administration from Pepperdine University. Gene also earned an executive master’s degree from Stanford University
