Max Mishkin has spent most of his career in the healthcare and private equity industries. He identifies, executes investments and helps grow companies focused on healthcare services and managed care. He also assists with the strategic management of Water Street’s group of services companies. Max currently serves on the boards of directors of ELAP Services, Premise Health, New Century Health and Temptime Corporation. Additionally, he works closely with the executive team of Zenith American Solutions. Prior to joining Water Street, Max was responsible for investments in the healthcare services and business services industries at Waud Capital Partners and Edgewater Funds. Early in his career, Max worked in the Investment Banking groups of Bear, Stearns & Co. and Lazard. He received a bachelor’s degree cum laude in economics from Duke University, and a master’s in business administration with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
