New Century Health
New Century Health is a national specialty care management company focused on oncology and cardiology. The company uses a proprietary technology platform and set of management processes to integrate and streamline all outpatient components of care for these specialties, including medical professional, and pharmaceutical therapies and services. New Century bridges the gap between all constituents in these specialties – the health plan, physician and patient – to coordinate care, automate processes, optimize risk and reduce administrative burdens. The company provides significant, often immediate cost savings for the payer and provider, and optimal quality of care for the patient. Water Street became the majority owner of New Century Health in 2010. We recruited Dr. Atul Dhir, an experienced physician and healthcare executive, to expand New Century’s core services to a broad base of payers, providers and patient populations across the country. Our vision is to transform New Century into the nation’s leading facilitator of high quality, cost-effective care in oncology, cardiology and additional medical specialties.
