Jeff Bak has spent 20 years in the insurance, reinsurance and healthcare services industry. He joined HealthPlan Services in 1995, and served in leadership positions in business development and sales. He was promoted to president and chief operating officer in 1999. One year later, Jeff led the strategic buy-out of HealthPlan Services, American Benefit Plan Administrators and Montgomery Management. Shortly thereafter, he was appointed president and CEO of HealthPlan Holdings, and has presided over the company’s steady revenue and earnings growth. In 2014, he received Ernst & Young’s Florida Entrepreneur of the Year award for his leadership and growth of HealthPlan. Jeff began his career in sales management with Dun & Bradstreet. He also worked as a reinsurance broker with Peglar & Associates, a boutique reinsurance intermediary. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Clemson University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
